1.
People and Government

“People without government are nothing but a dead living country. And government without people is nothing but an existing empty bottle.”
There are a lot of issues that our country, Philippines, is now facing. Perhaps, you are one of those groups of people who are always protesting against the big bosses seated on powerful chairs. We are all aware of the conspiracy that is happening upon the political system of our government. Some people might say to the President of the country whom people had chosen to rule, “You are a corrupt man! You are not worthy to be on that position. Take a leave and claim your verdict.” Well, in that proposition, who will be then the right person to take place? Who are we to judge the one who had been selected to take control of our country’s needs and necessities? Do we really see how he had been working hard for the welfare of our nation? Can we take his place and do the ruling? Not being bias, but, what I am trying to point out is, we do have a lot of complaints to what we call “corrupt men” yet we do not make any action for the solution. In fact, we add to the population of those people who give our country more and much pain by boldly breaking the laws. We should respect the authority as what the bible says. We should help our nation to maintain its stability by being united in one purpose. But if the one who leads abuse his or her power should face the consequences and be responsible to face the one who is from above.
We must work in harmony and in peace; People for the government and government for the people.
