THE LIFE OF A TYPICAL ME
I was once a turtle
A turtle trapped in it's shell
Waiting for I was fragile
Hoping something could go well.
I was once a caterpillar
A caterpillar so slow
Crawling for i could not go far
And forever just going with the flow.
I was once a flower
A little flower late in bloom
Swaying for all I do is wonder
or maybe just stay in a little room.
Who would have thought that this turtle could come out of its shell?
Who would have known that everything go well?
For a caterpillar? A flower?
There is indeed a world full of things to wonder.
The life I had was indeed in a closed gate
The past was indeed an uncertain fate
The time has come to let the old turtle, caterpillar, and flower grow
For those are just somebody I used to know.
I am now a fighter
I have the eyes of a tiger
I use my knowledge and voice so I shout to the world
And that is the kind of life I wish to keep in my word.
